Thank you for shopping with us! These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of custom boat covers from our website. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Service Area

Currently we are only servicing the continental United States. We hope to expand our service area soon. If you live outside of the continental United States feel free to submit your request via our contact us page and we will try to help.

Custom Orders

All pictures and documentation received becomes the property of MR Canvas and Upholstery.

All boat covers sold on our website are custom-made to order. Please ensure that you provide accurate measurements and specifications when placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and PayPal for online transactions. All prices are in USD and include shipping costs.

Shipping

Shipping costs will be included. We will ship via Fedex ground. Customer may request special shipping but this will be at their expense.  Please allow 3-4 weeks for production and delivery of custom boat covers. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by third-party carriers.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund. Tools are non-returnable nor is the purchase price refundable.

Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

Warranty

We offer a limited warranty on our custom boat covers against defects in materials. These covers are not travel covers and should not be installed while towing the boat. Any damage caused to the cover by towing will not be covered and void the 30 day money back guarantee. Please refer to the warranty information provided on our limited warranties page.
